Dr. Aklilu holds talks with Ambassador David Pierre of Seychelles

State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Dr.Aklilu Hailemichale held discussions with Ambassador of the Republic of Seychelles, David Pierre on Tuesday (September, 2017).
Ambassador David said Ethiopia and Seychelles enjoy excellent relations and were working towards invigorating the relations to a new level. Recalling the fruitful visit by President Danny Faure of Seychelles to Ethiopia, Ambassador David stressed on the need for a swift implementation of agreements inked during the period. Mentioning Seychelles among the African countries at the forefront in tourism, the Ambassador has also indicated the vast opportunities the two countries own in advancing their relationship to a new level in trade and tourism.
Commending the commitment Seychelles exhibited towards enhancing the two countries' relations to a higher level on areas of trade, investment and tourism, Dr.Aklilu has noted Ethiopia's greater if not equivalent fervor to make relationships to fly to greater heights. Noting his country's interest to garner best experiences and knowledge particularly from the outstanding tourism sector of Seychelles Dr. Aklilu called on Seychellois investors to exploit the huge resources, affordable labor and investment schemes Ethiopia has practically offered.
